Noodles

When we first started modifying our diet over 8 years ago, removing gluten was our first step. We tried all the kinds and brands to find a gluten free noodle that tasted a lot like what we were used to. The brown rice noodle from Jovial stood out by far. Sometimes I'll switch out brown rice for cassava to introduce variety, but only in recipes where the noodle plays a supporting role.

If your young kiddo would benefit from fun shapes to make meal time easier, we think Field Day Organic Kid's Mix (using brown rice) is also yummy.
